Light foods such as cheese, crackers, trail mix, nuts, beef jurkey, MMU and many other things, but whatever you wear no mayonnaise, because it is safe to bring sandwiches damage but leave the mayonnaise

Fried Chicken. Boston Baked Beans.

You want a good meal on the go? They are on their knees for more information.

Parmesan Chicken Wings

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan (fresh is best)
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
Tea 1 tsp dried basil
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
2 pounds chicken wings, cut into slices
1 / cup butter, melted 2
Preheat oven to 375 * F (190 ° C).
Combine the Parmesan, parsley, basil, salt and pepper in a bowl and flat.
Dip each piece of chicken with melted butter, then roll in cheese mixture, coating well. Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 45 minutes, turning halfway, if they are brown.
Serves 4 to to 6.

Forget 4-6. Demi. LOL.
