I have this GIR (from Invader Zim) sweatshirt that I bought the bright red and has the ear on the cover, but a failure in everything. I wish to correct them. What would be the best they toput make "ears" is on the hood?
I thought of pipe cleaners, because then I could make? would that work better or are there that work better?
