They are not necessarily the best use software.

I do not know how the authors, very restrictive in designing your own DVDs. I'm a fan of Corel ... so you do not use Photoshop.

You can download a version, for example http://www.dvdcopyplanet.com/free-dvd-co ... CorelPhotoPaint adapt.

You can just with MS Word
